Founder & Main Head Coach

A-Class Fitness (ACF) is an online health and fitness coaching company founded by Abraham Nkennor in November 2014. After several years of working with both in-person and online clients, Abraham transitioned the brand fully virtual in 2019.

Today, A-Class Fitness operates as a results-driven online coaching organization with a full team of certified specialists who support clients through customized training, nutrition, and lifestyle programs. The company offers a variety of coaching tiers and live video session packages, combining personalized programming with structured accountability systems that help clients stay consistent and achieve measurable success.

At the heart of the company’s philosophy is The ACF Method — a comprehensive, science-based system built to deliver real, lasting results.
